How to ask for support
Mention your device, browser and what you were trying to do. If you see an error, attach a screenshot with no personal data: it helps diagnose the problem faster.
Do not send sensitive documents
Do not attach PDFs, identity documents, signatures, tax identifiers or other confidential data. A description or a sample PDF with no real data is enough to diagnose a problem.
Security
For a possible vulnerability, use the subject “Security report”. Please avoid publishing technical details before the issue has been verified and fixed.

CompilaPDF is an independent project and does not provide guaranteed support times. I will nevertheless do my best to reply to relevant requests.
